Hi Guys,

It's been awhile since I've been on here. Having to choose between two clinic-- civil litigation clinic and attorney general. Want to either do prosecution or civil litigation in the future. Any idea on what I should choose? AG is 13 credits, 1 year long, pass fail. Civil litigation is 7 or 10 credits, graded, semester. This is in Boston. Thanks!!

AG because it shows you're dedicated to being a prosecutor. Prosecutors, due to extensive courtroom experience, are readily accepted as civil litigators.

Litigation is about credibility & how you handle yourself in a courtroom in front of a judge & jury; prosecutorial experience gives you both credibility & experience.

Thanks a ton-- still having trouble deciding. I feel like the AG is more policy focused and less practical than the civil litigation. So tough...

Credibility is important. AG's office offers that.
