Very good credentials. There are a few who are alumni of my school, but the majority of them went to T20 and many of those graduated cum laude and were on Law Review. The ones who are alumni have taught there for a very long time (40+ years) and are highly regarded in various areas of law within the state. I have not done any research, but the lowest ranked school that I've heard of any professor graduating from (aside from mine) is Vanderbilt. Several professors went to Harvard/Yale. I didn't apply to very many schools, but I turned down one in the upper T2 ranks. I didn't study for the LSAT so my score was not impressive. Is the school near where you grew up?
Hard to tell, really. One of my exams was very much like a highschool test, which I was not happy with. I know most of the people in the highest ranks literally memorized their entire outlines word for word... not sure if that's common, but it surprised me. I would say it depends on the class, but most of them involve your standard law exam fact patterns.What are exams like? I hear they more "regurgitate the rule."

I'd say 50% of my professors come from T6. 40% from T25. 10% are alumni of the school (adjunct professors). I think this is so because quality of life in my region is pretty decent.
Also, priorities seem pretty backward here. People get scholarships for being "best student organization leader" and not for being top of the class. None of my friends know what OCI stands for. 90% of the class is taking the summer off or taking a class or two.
And it seems like the only decent job opportunities go to those on law review. Firms will go through law review directly when looking for SAs, so the rest of the school has no idea.

i just outline relevant info (anywhere from 5 to 30 pages), read it three or four times, and presto! it's memorized.

A lot of people have also decided not to do the write-on competition for LR because they want to travel for the summer or don't want to subtract from beach/tanning time.
