Which profs are great? Which profs should I avoid? Any classes known to be especially easy or especially hard?

I'm trying to fill a hole in my schedule.

Jim Hines is probably the best professor at the law school. Other good professors include John Pottow, Nick Bagley, and Sonja Starr. I would not take The Public Corporation with A.C. Prichard. Otherwise, your question is a bit overbroad.

I'd better get into T&E considering they didn't offer it this year. I swear if that class books up, I'm not going to be happy. (And you saying Hines is awesome doesn't make me feel any better about getting in ).

Also, I'd recommend Stephen Sanders. I have him for Family Law, but he's teaching Constitutional Litigation next semester. I'd avoid Commercial Transactions; it's really really really hard and taught at 8 am.

Have to disagree with Starr, thought she was awful, even though I got a good grade. I took Sanders' constitutional litigation class (I called it "Clit") and I thought it was terrible and so did everyone else in the class, but people seem to really like his family law class.

Don Herzog is probably the best professor I've had so far. Bagley is great too. Make sure to take Crim Pro I if you have any interest at all, Eve Primus is awesome.

EDIT: And under no circumstances should you take evidence with Clark. Class is a joke.

Really? Everyone I know loved Constitutional Lit, which is why I recommended him. There are a bunch of people in Fam Law that took Constitutional Lit and took Fam Law just to take Sanders again.
