How do you cite to oral arguments using Bluebook citation?

I read the entire Bluebook, but there isn't a section on how to cite to oral argument.

And I am citing to an oral argument because I am writing for a legal history class, so I am not worried about it being persuasive in the legal sense.

Guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Rule 10.8.3 (pg. 106 in the 19th Edition).

Now, Bluebook that bitch.

Thanks dude!

Of course they categorized it as "Transcripts" rather than oral argument...I feel dumb now.
