Is there bluebooking in corporate law?

Subject says it all - is there still blue booking in M&A, Cap. Markets, etc.?

This. I'd imagine due diligence or typo-hunting in a merger agreement is at least as miserable as bluebooking.G. T. L. Rev. wrote:The answer is "rarely if ever." It really happens when you get on a journal. I dunno, after I did the competition I pretty much knew the Bluebook inside and out.
