Rising 3Ls, what are you planning to take?

So, I'm starting to think about what I want to take next year. I'm hoping that the mid-sized firm I'm going to this summer keeps me on to work over the next school year, but I'll have no way of knowing before registering for classes. I'm somewhat interested in doing a clinic, but beyond that, I'm not tied to any particular classes. My LR responsibilities won't take up a huge amount of time next year, either.
So, my priorities are roughly as follows: (1) Enjoy 3L; (2) Be in moderately good shape to start bar prep; (3) Maintain GPA/maybe improve a little; (4) Don't have a laughable transcript completely full of Law and ___ (but that said I don't want to take all black letter classes either).
As far as black letter classes, I've already taken: BA, Evidence, Civ Pro II, Prof. Responsibility, and Tax.
Here are some classes I'm thinking about:
Jurisprudence
Advanced legal writing
Sales
Corp. Tax
Admin Law
A Clinic
ETA: . . . and Trial Advocacy. Very interested in that.
and I'll have to take a seminar.
So, what kind of balance are you guys trying to strike between BLL/easy/bar?

As a 2L, I took care of Con Law II, Evidence, Crim Pro and Corporations.
Next year I need to take tax, ethics, and probably t&e.
I'll probably do a 2-semester litigation-y clinic (and if I don't get in, I'd take Trial Ad and Legal Drafting instead).
Negotiations is a must-take. The rest will probably depend on what seminars I can get into (we have a bunch that fill up with 3Ls chosen by lottery).

I took negotiations and enjoyed it immensely. Probably my favorite class of law school so far.

I still have to take Con Law and Professional Responsibility *shudder*
I'll probably take:
Some tax courses (partnership, charitable giving, corporate tax II)
Law of Securitization
Law and Business of Transactions (joint course with Stern MBA students)
Some other Law and Business courses

I'm just going to keep taking real classes. Probably federal courts, secured transactions, administrative law, and a practicum. Transnational law is also a requirement at Michigan. That's my *shudder.*

Ugh, I still have to do Transnat too. Also, Secured Transactions is extremely difficult. I can't even imagine taking that AND FedCourts AND Admin in one semester. That's just like... death wish.
I'm definitely taking T&E and one of Litigation Strategy/ADR next semester. Undecided on a clinic. My only definite for Winter (Spring) semester is CrimPro Survey.

I've worked my ass off this semester. I am doing fuck-all next semester.
I'm planning on 3 classes us using some law review hours. I need to take PR, and I'd like to take creditor's rights, but other than that, I'm taking as little as possible. I want days of doing nothing.

Serious question, what is transnational law? Is that like international law?

Solid, but how many seminar papers are you gonna get stuck churning out?
