Oh and I had a 3.76 undergrad GPA from a top 25 undergrad institution that does not mean sh*t anymore.
I have no legal work experience outside of bullshit I did in my undergrad career (file clerk and other crap)
I apply to every job that my weak ass school offers via OCI/Simplicity...No Luck.
Should I quit law school, not pay my loans back and resign myself to a life of living in the shadows for something close to minimum wage? Become that bitter ex-law student who only has a load of debt and a now worthless undergrad degree to show ?
OR
Continue this mascaraed, graduate law school, and then work for close to minimum wage while being satisfied that I didn't quit and not know what could have been.
Thoughts?

How much debt do you have now? How much would it cost you to finish?
You should not be relying on just OCI/Symplicity. You realize you can look for a job all by yourself, right?

Why would you have to live life in the shadows? You have a good UG GPA from a good school. Leave and get a different job, even leave law school off your resume if you have to (although I might just say "it wasn't for me"). Hell, If I had that good a GPA from that good a school, I never would have come to LS in the first place.
Add: I failed and thought you said 1L, still though...

May as well continue at this point with the degree but think about options outside of law and if you figure one out start working in it or toward it while you are still in school. Law is going to be as equally prosperous for you as many many other things you could already be doing, so you might want to start doing one of them.

I hear McDonalds is hiring...
Seriously, though, finish, pass the bar, and keep looking. You'll probably find something.
If all else fails, hang up a shingle and become a solo practitioner
(or look for a job outside of law - you still have a degree from a prestigious UG and can always say that the law wasn't for you, but you stuck it out because you made a commitment)

Since you have a 3.76 UGPA, you could do a medical post-bac, then apply to medical/dental school.

How much so you owe? I am not sure it will be worth it to continue.

This is the bigger issue here.
Most people have to look elsewhere for jobs. If you're relying on your school to find you a job, you'll probably stay unemployed.

Not to sound harsh, but Symplicity is only a viable option for people at the top of the class. Everyone at your school will (or should) apply to those postings, so they'll only take the best students. Get on your hustle over the summer looking for part-time stuff at a place during 3L. That way you can get some experience and hopefully you'll find a spot that might keep you on after you graduate.

Stay with it, with any luck you'll find something. If not, you can always join the military. Officer pay is decent and they have loan repayment programs.
