lol obviously. Were covering all of those subjects I listed, I just want to get an idea of what others have been tested on.

If its like mine was, expect the passage of some federal law (e.g. health care of mandatory car insurance) that you must analyze. Also, likely an EP claim.

Con law 1: Commerce clause, dormant commerce clause, preemption, executive powers, taxing power, spending power, 10th amendment, federalism & separation of powers generally.
Con law 2: substantive Due process, equal protection, state action doctrine, civil rights power.
In other words, my con law exams covered the topics we spent the most time on. Just like every other freaking law school exam.

Congress Sec. 5 powers under the 14th Amendment. Taught on the last day of class--showed up on every freaking question.
