Contracts...

My professor is huge into the R2K and UCC. He's really into how the different rules play off of one another. He also loves policy.

I have the E&E and CrunchTime. Can anybody recommend a good supplement that focuses on scenarios (the way the different contract rules play off one another), and the policy reasons behind it?

Thanks!

a good outline from a student that had your teacher will do the trick.

only time i have to read supplements is when i have a new teacher with no old outlines.

Work through the UCC and Restatement. See how they are used in your cases and it should give you an understanding of what it means and how it works. Other than that, don't pay attention to cases. Read the High Court Case Summaries. Really, cases make zero difference, at least in my class. All the rules are in those two books and knowing them well and applying them to fact patterns will get you an A.

If you need a good hornbook, I'd recommend Calamari & Perillo's hornbook. I thought it was excellent. E&E has good hypos. Emmanuel is good as well. I used them all. May have overdone it, but I got the top score in my class, so I can't complain either.

Feel free to PM me if you have a question.
