I am sitting in a 2 hour class and bored. Also, I am preparing for an interview with a judge so just curious who are people's favorite justice.

Scalia is pretty funny and since my morality system is almost entirely based on whether I think somebody is funny, I would have to say him.

I did an image search, and I'm kind of captivated with Samuel Freeman Miller. He's a hunk.

While Scalia is at least readable, I feel like he's the Oscar the Grouch of Supreme Court Justices. Whenever there is anyone who disagrees with him, he has to go into a stodgy 50 page dissent about why he is angry... every damn time.
