Top Law Schools

Does anyone have tips for studying for someone that has a very strong viewpoint. My con law professor is socialist and has a very activist/liberal view of the constitution...because of this what he says doesn't really follow what E+E or my hornboook is saying...should I just abandon commercial study guides and go on what hes saying or do a mix for the exam..Any ideas would be helpful

Professors usually test what they teach, so I wouldn't recommend spewing a supplement out on your exam if your professor has a somewhat different interpretation of the law.

If it's a policy question exam, then the answer to this is obvious. If it's an issue spotter, just apply the law that you learned in class to the facts in front of you. It's really that simple.
