circuit split?

is circuit split supposed to be capitalized if i'm talking about a specific one?

Pretty sure his question is whether circuit split is capitalized in the next sentence. "The circuit split exists because the Fifth Circuit and Sixth Circuit disagree on the application of ## U.S.C. ##."I.P. Daly wrote:Can you be more specific? I don't know what you're asking.
