TWEN Quiz Grading Errors?

Has anyone here experienced any errors with TWEN?

I took all of the quizzes and was able to retake them until I had all of the answers correct, however I have half of the quizzes marked as a zero in the professor's gradebook and she says I'm SOL unless TWEN admits to a mistake. Isn't technology wonderful!
