OCEANS Mnemonic device?

I know that somewhere on this forum exists a thread full of mnemonic devices for various legal topics.
Unfortunately I did not tag it and therefore cannot find it again, and searching for it is proving to be in vain...
I am trying to remember what "OCEANS" stands for regarding prescription and adverse possession (in Property).
I'm going through a few old outlines from 2Ls at my school, just trying to make sure that my outline is complete and properly assembled, and they all use the term, but none of them define it. I get it has 6 variables, I'm just not entirely sure what they are...
I know it was in that thread about mnemonic devices, so it can't be limited to my school or anything.
Anybody have any tips as to what it stands for, and perhaps where I can find that thread?
