securities regulation - good outline or supplement?

Feeling screwed - bored by the class, confused by the casebook, just want to get this sh*T learned. Help?
I've looked at E&E, Aspen case briefs - or whatever its called - and some other one. I just want to get the basics down pat. There are few reviews out there on them.
