Google the statute you want, sometimes you get lucky. I found a scan of a pretty obscure Act of Congress from 1984 on wikimedia a few weeks ago for a journal assignment. Otherwise, just go photocopy the statute at your library you lazy ****.

god I hate looking things up in print. It feels so inefficient, but I may have to resort to that.
side note: the guy who finds sources on wikipedia calling someone else lazy!!? haha jk, jk
