Hey guys,

I was wondering if anyone could give insight on the best ways to learn the rules and exceptions in Evidence (particularly character stuff--404 and 405). I've still got 2 weeks until my exam but I'm struggling with practice problems, etc. Any advice or pointers would be appreciated. Thanks!

advisory committee notes are a useful. I find the supplement less useful for evidence than other subjects, but still worth a read if you are struggling. Most importantly, do as many hypos (MC to begin with, then essay) as you can possibly find. Hypos are the best way to learn evidence, IMO.

Does Cali still have practice problems? I used those a lot in law school.

Also, flow charts. I still go to Crunchtime or google flow charts when I need a refresher or an overview of an area of the law.
