Getting to Maybe Policy Run Down?

Post by goosey » Fri Nov 18, 2011 3:01 pm

I gave my copy away and I realized I never read the policy section. One of my professors always has a policy question on the exam and I was wondering if someone can give a quick run down of what GTM has said about policy.

I have read the fork in the law vs fork in the facts etc etc...so i understand the concept of exploiting both sides, even within policy arguments.

From what I remember, the policy section focused mainly on purposes - broad and narrow purposes. Kind of like the statutes section (or were they the same thing?).

I dont recall any of this. At best, I skimmed through the beginning portion of the book.
