Does anyone know where I can find a tutor. I tried school but all the student tutors for civ pro did not have my professor. I live in NY .Thanks

You may need to start relying less on others and just put in the hard work yourself. I doubt a tutor would be that useful, unless he was a former student of your teacher and he's teaching you from his notes for the class. Focus on what your prof taught. Focus on the assigned reading. Use the EE if you don't understand stuff. Go to office hours. Stop trying to look for short cuts (i.e. http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... 3&t=162408 ).

The best way to learn is to practice hypos. Diagram out the rules, claims, etc. If you dont practice it will be hard to see how all the rules fit together.
