If I stood on the Four Corners and exposed myself, who has personal jurisdiction over me

Potentially all of them.

If you have minimum contacts in all the states and you purposely availed yourself of those states, then they likely could have jurisdiction over you. However, jurisdiction also will depend on the extent of these contacts and what kind of jurisdiction, specific of general, any of the states seeks against you..

Also, if you were voluntarily in the four corners any state that serves with you with process has personal jurisdiction over you.

what states were your feet planted? do you reside/domicile in any of those states? in what states do people look at your horrendous junk and ass? do you have property in any of those states?
