Anyone know how to cite to a case (assuming as if the case was only in westlaw). To be more specific Bluebook says: Case Name, case docket number, database identifier and electronic report number at star page number (court and full date parenthetical).
and gives the example: Kvass Const. Co v. United States, No. 90-266C, 1991 WL 47632, at *2-3 (Cl. Ct. Apr. 8, 1991).

But my question is, where the hell do you find the database identifier and electronic report number at star page number when looking at a case in westlaw. I don't see this information anywhere.

Database identifier just means which database are you using? You said it is Westlaw, so the database identifier is WL, and the number should be right around the top of the page by the case name.
