What's a better internship? SEC or DOJ - Criminal Business Fraud. I'm interested in business fraud. I've already interned at DoJ civil. It was cool, but feel like I need prosecutorial/enforcement experience.

Obviously, it depends on what you want to do, but I would say go to the SEC for more diversity on your resume.
