Varies from school to school.
Usually includes a Note or Comment (or some other writing sample). Many schools also include bluebooking exercises. If bluebooking exercises are included, they usually require law journal type bluebooking which is different from regular bluebooking you do in 1L classes or at internships (endnote form, don't italicize or underline fullform case names, all three typefaces including small caps for some citations, etc).

We had a memo (much like a legal writing assignment) and a bluebook exercise. I hear notes/comments are more common than memos, though, just from talking to people.
