Does anybody recommend a supplement?

I am really having trouble with this class (& it's a Closed Book Exam)

Go through the CALI lessons, if you haven't already. The biggest thing with evidence is practice looking for traps.

I have - although not all. But my percentage of correct answers is like 60-70%, which is not good. I am having trouble mostly from the hearsay problems.

I used it, but I can't remember how helpful it was. I would say give it a try; more practice it the only thing I think will help, so the E&E questions are probably good.

The Q & A is invaluable, particularly the Hearsay section.

How would you recommend one would study for an Evidence Closed Book Exam?

I recommend Evidence in a Nutshell. The Nutshell series is seriously underrated on this forum.
