Civ Pro: A Modern Approach and E and E

I wanted to see if anyone had any tips on how to use the E and E for Civil Procedure: A Modern Approach. The chapters do not seem to sink up as well as it does for other classes. Basically, I wanted to know if I should just start reading the E and E from the beginning or what?
