When you site a case with the word "Southwestern" in the case caption, do you site it as "Sw." or leave it as Southwestern?

I dont have my bluebook with me.

I don't want to make a new thread for just a simple silly question, so I hope I can recycle this thread.

I am pin citing a case from westlaw. Is everything up to **[pg #] belong to that page? Or the previous page?

For example:

blah blah blah **95 bloh bloh bloh. Is the blah blah blah originally on page 95? or page 94?

Thanks.

I never cite a reporter before, so I have no ideas. Thank you so much for your answer. :D
