Where to find good potential fact sets?

I have two midterms coming up in the next two weeks-- one in Property and one in Torts. They are both open note and open book, but they are also both graded. Since I was lucky enough that both teachers told us what it's going to be on them, I was wondering how I should focus my studies? I want to study every possible issue that could be addressed in the fact sets. I've looked in the EE sections to see some of the examples. Does anyone else have any other suggestions or ideas on what is generally a testable area in these subjects?

Buy a couple of used supplements on Amazon, you can get them cheap. Seigles and Exam Pro are both good for exam prep.

Torts Law Supplements

Then look at some old exam banks. Here is a good one
