Top Law Schools

Are they factored into the class rank of the daytime students or are they categorized separately. I only ask, because how would grading work? In some of the 1L night classes at my school, there as few as 15 students in some of the classes, so I'm wondering how their curve would be?

Where I attend, the part-time students are grouped and curved w/ daytime students.

For shared classes, such as 1L / 1E/2E classes, the sections are curved together.
