If a landowner gave D a permission to use his house , and asked D to promise not to take a cetain person P into his house. However , D took this person P into landowner's house ,and the P entered a the landowner's unlock room ,there were some pills in the unlocked drawer. P ate one of them. Those pills harmed P .And P sued D and landowner.

1. if P knew he was not allowed into this house ,but was invited by D ,P is a licencee ,invitee or tresspass?
2.if P did not recognize that he was forbided going in this house,and was invited by D, P is a licencee, invitee or tresspass?
3.If D is landowner's son , is there any different to this case?

Depends on what your teacher says.

IT would be different depending on the jursidiction, and the time- this very well might be common law rules that no longer exist in most states.

You know there is no "the law," right?

The law is what ever your teacher wants it to be. Ask her.

Edit: and then there are restatements, which are not even real law. But sometimes states adopt them. But they usually change them a bit. Also, they usually have not adopted the most recent version. Teachers like to teach different versions.
