do people actually answer the e&e questions correctly?

the first time around? there always seems to be something i miss when i read the answer explanations

what's the point of doing the examples if you don't look at the explanations to see if you're on the right track? i've felt that saving the questions for later is prudent, but maybe i'm just being lazyjkay wrote:If you are 4 weeks into 1L, don't look at the answers yet.

Seems to be the case for me. Sometimes I'll nail it, sometimes I'll miss something, other times I couldn't have possibly spotted everything just going on what the text told me.Total Litigator wrote:This is the credited response.
