Applying the law to the facts

Besides E&Es, how else might one suggest going about this? Reflection on cases to hypothetical scenarios? This seems like what all of those questions in the notes section are for. Just trying to discern what is a good approach to this task.

Make up hypos with friends/study-mates and discuss them. It isn't about finding the answer. Its about the discussion and and the process. And if you reach a particularly tricky one, ask your professor for his take
