Any recs for Business Org. and Con Law 2 supplements? Looking for a good treatises or hornbook.

Using Business Associations, Cases and Materials on Agency, Partnerships, and Corporations 7TH ED. by Klein, Ramseyer, and Bainbridge.

Con Law 2 book is The First Amendment 5th ED by Steven H. Shiffrin and Jesse H. Choper

I have the Chemerinsky supplement from Con Law 1 but looking for something else that deals mostly with the 1st amendment.

The "Concepts and Insights" book by Bainbridge (Agency, Partnerships, LLCs) is pretty much keyed to the text. I suspect it really is just a shortened version of the teacher's edition.

Chemerinsky is the best treatise on Conlaw IMO.
