I'm looking for short hypotheticals with answers for practice. For example, I could use some short hypos for Evidence since my professor is very unclear when giving examples.

Where is the best place to find these? Law in a Flash seems to be good. Does anyone know where to find free hypos w/ answers?

I'm a huge fan of West's Sum + Substance Exam Pro series. I also use the Question and Answer series. Rather than doing the multiple choice, I write out an answer, and compare my answer with the explanation provided for the multiple choice questions.

Siegel's Series has multiple choice and short essay questions. I also agree about the Exam Pro series.

EXAMPLES AND EXPLANATIONS!!! I love this series of books and use it for most of my classes. CALI is also pretty good too, if ur school has an acct with them.

Should I wait until later in the seester to use the E and E's? I heard using them too early will take away from exam prep. Is this a real concern or should I be using them now, early in the sem?

It just depends on how you like to study. I used the E&E's to stay ahead in the class, others waited and used the supplements for exam prep. Some sit in the front of the class and others in back. All that really counts is your grade on the final exam.

Thanks everyone, I'll def use the exam links. The Lexis Nexis Q&A series came highly recommended by former students. They also said the top students did the CALI lessons, which are supposed to be excellent for evidence.

I read the E&Es for the substantive sections, but don't do the questions yet. I feel that the reading helps tie together all the things I learned in class, and I'm saving the questions for later on in the semester.

be careful with the exam pro series as, at least for me, the bll differs greatly from what my casebook/professor says
