Top Law Schools

Hey guys. I was looking for advice on how you all chose your note topic. I am on a secondary journal but the issues we can write about are very broad and can encompass almost anything.

All of my friends have no idea what they are going to write about as do I. Did you just all pick an area of law that interested you and do some research on it? Did you speak to a professor for tips?

I am absolutely clueless right now.
