Antitrust before Corporations?
I'm probably worrying needlessly here, but do you all think it's wise to take Antitrust Law before taking Corporations? It's not a required prerequisite, but I would imagine it'd be helpful to take Corporations first for background. Probably overthinking this.

Taking/not taking corporations will have no effect on how well you understand the material or perform on an exam in an antitrust class. Antitrust law relates to competition in the marketplace, while corporate law largely revolves around the fiduciary duties of corporate executives to the corporation. These classes have no overlap. Hope this helps.

This is correct. The two have nothing to do with one another, so you'll be fine.Beantownkid wrote:Taking/not taking corporations will have no effect on how well you understand the material or perform on an exam in an antitrust class.
