I have seen Ks E&E mentioned for contracts and Understanding Property by Sprankling mentioned for property.

Could someone tell me exactly what Ks E&E is because I cannot find it.
Also, could someone tell me if the Understanding Property book that is mentioned as a helpful supplement refers to the ~$120 book or the ~$40 book.
