So ummm did anyone see that dumb ass Partnerships coming? Lol. Tested 7% of the time the last 10 years.....and that dumb ass civ pro question, I don't recall ever learning in BarBri the rules on when you can and cannot appeal a counterclaim. I just remember vague quotes of "....and you can appeal."
