Pretty simple quesstion I hope, when you are looking at a statute on Lexis, how do you find out what year the statute was published?

Firstly, there is no excuse to use lexis if you have access to westlaw.
Secondly, on westlaw, on the bottom it says "Credits" and lists the Acts which the law is based on.

Yeah I agree, but I would like to be able to use both since some employers don't use westlaw, although most firms def do, and if I do have to use Lexis I would like to be able to do something so rudimentary ya know

The new Lexis is coming next month. Hopefully it won't suck.

Mine very much prefers West to Lexis... I think we would be yelled at for using Lexis.

I prefer Lexis to both WL and WLNext. Of course, most of my class prefers Lexis since our WL rep was atrocious.

Yeah Im not sure what the break down is in terms of what firms have what, Ive currently been working in the legal department of a company that is obviously not a law firm, so we only have lexnex, so I'm somewhat handcuffed here....
