Are Law School Deans underpaid?

For example, deans at many schools outside the T14 earn $400,000 per year. I think they should earn more, especially for their fundraising abilities. What do others think?

Especially Dean Matasar at NYLS. If only he wasn't leaving, he would 100% deserve a raise. (Plus every other TTT/TTTT dean).
