After accepting the offer, does HLS require dean's cert from graduate schools, or just college?

Does the cert ask "whether this student is in good standing" or "whether the student is currently enrolled in your school"?

thanks!

This is probably an instance where you should speak to them directly. Certs are just good standing, as far as I know.

Note to Admitted Applicant: Please complete the first part of this form. The remainder must be completed by the
current dean or administrative officer at each educational institution that has awarded or is expected to award
you a degree.

Because some schools have substituted their own forms that do not answer quite the same questions we ask, we prefer that you
submit this form.
Degree: ____________________________ Date awarded or expected: ____________________________
Has the student been subject to any disciplinary actions? ■ Yes ■ No
Are any disciplinary charges pending? ■ Yes ■ No
Has the student been expelled, suspended, placed on
probation, required to withdraw, or given an academic warning? ■ Yes ■ No
If the answer to any of the above questions is “yes,” please explain; you may use both sides of this form, or attach a letter

I had to send a separate one for my grad degree.
