Should Prez Take Evidence?

Pretty straightforward poll I suppose. Relevant info:

My interest in litigation is waning, my interest in nontraditional post-law school jobs is growing, and I generally feel like a transactional-focused dude. Plus, hey, Barbri teaches Evidence.

Anyway, I had planned to put off deciding whether to take the class until the spring, but it looks like Evidence will be (more or less) only available in the fall this year. So I pretty much have to make this decision now. I think I know the way the poll will turn out, but I'm curious what TLS thinks anyway. Reasons for your vote are good to post.

So, what say you, TLS?

I think it's worth it if for no other reason than to understand what TV/Movie lawyers are talking about when they stand up and say "Objection!"

I'm a tax lawyer, and I'm glad I took it. It's not a particularly hard course.

If you don't take evidence, how can you take the trial ad classes that curve to a 4.0?

I think I'm one of those odd duck law students that never was into those shows. Although, My Cousin Vinny is legit.

Evidence classes filled up before I decided. Not taking Evidence. Feel good about the decision.

Cool story, me!
