If you were given the choice of less $ + coauthor credit vs. more $ + no credit, which would you choose?

For those offered to ghostwrite legal articles, did you sign a non-disclosure agreement?

ultimately it would depend upon how much of a $ difference we're talking. but i think unless it's extreme, better to have the credit for your resume.

I'd definitely take the credit regardless, but if it was for co-authorship credit on something that could get published in a law review, I'd do that shit for free.

It's actually for something pretty shady- legal articles to be published in pot mags. I almost think it might be better to keep my name off of them.

Good call, although who knows? Maybe it will put you in position for a GC spot at NORML
