Bar Exam Summer 2011

Post by hasmith » Fri May 06, 2011 12:10 pm

Who is in? I am taking in Illinois, using Themis to prep. Last final - ever - is on Tuesday, then the real pain begins!

CA Barbri, but have started already using other help for the MBE - Barbri's not bad, but just better for essays and I don't want to waste time making my own flashcards. A friend of mine got cards from Critical Pass (http://www.criticalpass.com) for only $50. They're really good, especially for that price, so I ordered a set and I know others at my school have too. Pretty helpful. Other than that, just sticking with the Barbri schedule.

Let me know how the flashcards go. CA exam taker too and already can see Barbri being more helpful for essays than MBE. My hand already hurts after 3 days of making flashcards.

There are two free flashcard apps for iPod/iPhone that you can find here:

Correct me if I am wrong, but you have to be enrolled in barbri to use the app correct? I just downloaded the Kaplan app, nice find!

Nope...these are both free. They are meant to be enticements to enroll in the actual courses.
