Never had a take home exam before, have 2 over the next 11 days, both with strict word limits (one 3700 one in the 2200-2500 range). I've been outlining old exams. Is it worth it to do a full 8 hour practice? One the one hand, that's like an entire day of studying that I'll lose. However, it sounds like a good way to get a better sense of how to time everything and how long it takes to edit, cut down words etc.

Full-time students are crazy. Relax bro, study up and take your time during the exam. I actually recommend making an idea web for your outline so that you can see all of the connections between the concepts. I think taking a full-take home exam before the exam may burn you out.
