Copyright Supplement

Any recommendations? This class is focused solely on copyright; it's not an IP survey course.

This thing is kind of cool. http://inventblog.com/ip-law-practice/c ... chart.html While by no means comprehensive, it's actually quite helpful.

Last semester, I used the E&E (moderately helpful) and mostly my own class notes. I think that link will give you a good visual framework upon which to to think about the flow of copyright issues. I'd recommend using that as a starting point, then supplementing with ambiguities/areas you stressed in class.
