can any of you email me a contracts outline focused on the damages section? I do not understand flow charts or the question checklist type outlines. I'm looking for a somewhat bare but accurate damages discussion. I am reading E and E now and it's jumping all over the place, haven't read Emanuel yet. I guess ...I can't really see the big picture and when I should apply what. Thanks! Email is

I have outlines that are almost entirely damages/remedies (because our course was split up). However, they are solely based on the sections in the RST/UCC, If that can help you, PM me.

We didn't have a casebook for our K's class. So yeah, I dunno.
