Due to limited funds I chose the latter. Now I understand the statue ran out in 1944-45 so the land supposedly reverted back to the owners but here's the hitch... a neighbor (I'll call her 'Bitch". To be nice) built on the other side of the 1 lot and has in the past 2 yrs has cut half of said lot 1-2 days after I cut it. I am concerned that when all is said n' done the courts will side with her even though I've taken care of the property since 84 n' she "cut" it for 2 summers. Are there citations or obscure laws I can invoke? Land Patent? I would be very appreciative for favorable help. (hint hint)

Rephrase your question in a hypothetical... then you can get advice from law students (although, legal advice from a law student is not a wise gamble)... especially 1Ls.
