ATTN: Berkeley students looking to sublet, help a mod out.

Hay Berkeley students:
I am going to be working for a firm in the area this summer, and want to live in the East Bay. If you have an apartment you're subletting because you have a summer gig elsewhere, you have the opportunity to sublet that apartment to a real-life TLS mod. There are advantages to doing this over some rando from Craigslist. For one thing, you kinda know me from the internet. For another, I'm easy to track down and get ahold of on here if you want to check on your place.
I'd like to keep it under $1,000/mo., ideally I'd like a place where I'm not stuck living with your weird roommates, and the most significant sticking point: I'll need someplace which is dog friendly (I'm happy to negotiate with your landlord on this point, but it will need to be settled before I sign a K with you). We can work out something reasonable on a security deposit.
If you can help, or know someone who might be able to help, please PM me or post ITT.
