Does anyone have some kind of crim pro investigation flowchart or quick outline showing the nuances and the way the cases work together?

Its ok, our prof goes on hour long tangents about historical cases we were never assigned, comes up with random tests that he later changes and then keeps repeating "I don't wanna confuse you, I want you to see what the court is doing". I honestly haven't learned much in this class and might have to teach this to myself the same way I did with crim law.

In the same boat as you guys.
We all love the class, but every time we leave, we all turn to each other and ask "WTF?"
Anybody know the best supplement for the class?

We have the option of writing an essay instead of taking an exam, so I am not quite so worried about getting all of it. Its nice.
