Top Law Schools

Hey guys, so registering is right around the corner, and I was wondering if anyone had experience with non profit corporations as a class. I read the blurb the course guide gives, and I am not sure I am really into the material, but it's being taught by a professor I have now, who I really like. So basically I'm asking whether its better to take a course for the material, or for the professor? Thanks.
